Adultwork have today deactivated my account with them, I spent most of the morning emailing them as they do not have a customer services number. I was given the option to appeal which I have done. I have just had a reply from them saying that they have forwarded my message to the relevant department and they will be in touch when they have an update. Its really annoying as they haven’t even emailed to say that they are deactivating my account. Hoping this is sorted out soon.
I am still available 7 days a week 10am till 9pm for meetings in person and you also have the choice of a phone chat or text chat especially if you haven’t got the time to visit or I am too far from you. Just remember I am only a phone call away.
Sorry to hear about AW, I am sure it will be something that can be sorted. As you say there is no help line where you can talk to someone, so frustrating!!! XXXXX

Yes it is frustrating they don’t have a number to speak to them everything is done via email
