I would like to wish all dads a very happy fathers day, I feel dad’s are very special and need to be spoilt. I dont have a dad as mine passed away 28 years ago at the young age of only 68 and fathers day somehow falls just before his birthday. It will be my dad’s birthday on the 18th June and he would have been 96 if he was still alive. He is in my thoughts everyday.

Anyhow on another note I have had a lovely little drive out and just got back roads were very quiet. Decided to have some toast which was really moreish. I have never been one for bread but the warburtons milk roll is so nice it is very moreish and only 46 calories per slice, I shall be putting that on my shopping list from now on. As far as I know Tesco and Asda are the only ones that sell it. I should make sure I don’t eat too much bread or toast.

It’s isle of wight festival this coming week, I guess everywhere will be really busy. If you are coming to the festival and would like some time to relax and unwind give me a call and we can have some fun.
